1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and digital content offered via the website unlockyourmaxpotential.com (including .onepage.me), in particular to the AI-based questionnaire and the corresponding evaluation.

By using this service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their current version.

2. Subject of the Contract

The provider offers a digital questionnaire which is automatically evaluated upon completion.

The evaluation is generated using artificial intelligence (OpenAI) and delivered to the user automatically.

Access to the evaluation may be provided free of charge or subject to payment, depending on the specific offer.

3. Prices and Payment

The applicable prices for paid evaluations are listed on the website.

Payment is made online through the offered payment service providers.

The digital content is made available only after successful payment.

4. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

According to § 18 para. 1 subpara. 11 FAGG (Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act), there is no right of withdrawal for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, if:

execution of the contract has begun before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

the user has expressly consented to the loss of their right of withdrawal.

By placing an order, the user expressly agrees that the execution of the digital content begins immediately and acknowledges that this results in waiver of the right of withdrawal.

Refunds after delivery of the evaluation are excluded.

5. Obligations of the User

The user agrees not to submit any unlawful, offensive, or misleading information while using the service.

The evaluation is based solely on the information provided by the user.

Liability for incorrect results due to incomplete or false input is excluded.

6. Warranty and Liability

The evaluation represents an AI-generated interpretation.

No guarantee is given regarding accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness.

Any liability for damages arising from the use of the provided information is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Data Protection

The handling of personal data is governed by the privacy policy available at:

Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the questionnaire and may be analyzed automatically.

Data is only shared with third parties upon your consent.

8. Governing Law / Jurisdiction

Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the provider, to the extent legally permissible.
